Can I return items for a refund or exchange if I change my mind?

Yes! Upon inspection, should you not be completely satisfied with any part or all of your order or you simply just change your mind then you may return any item/s to us within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund (excluding delivery and p&p costs) or an exchange if required.  PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted for items returned to us in unused condition, with original packaging and tags still attached.  On receipt of the returned item/s, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will inspect the goods and refund your payment card.   You will receive email confirmation of the refund once completed.  Please see our Terms and Condition for full details.

I have received the wrong or the item is faulty, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or full refund including postage and packaging costs (postage and packaging will only be refunded for incorrect or faulty items only). Please remember to enclose your completed returns note giving details of the reason for return.  On receipt of the returned item/s, a replacement will be sent out to you within 2 working days or for refunds we will credit your payment card or paypal account.
